Dharahara to be built in its original style

May, Kathmandu : CPN (UML) chairman KP Sharma has pointed out the need of reconstructing the collapsed Dharahara in its original style.

Talking in an interaction programme organized by Nepal National Tourism Entrepreneurs Association close to the party, chair Oli said that the Dharahara should be reconstructed even to preserve Nepali culture and architecture as it was considered one of the important heritages of the country.

Similarly, chair Oli urged all to be tolerant in this melancholy hour. CPN (UML) chair Oli further urged the government to make the relief operations effective.

Likewise, party general secretary Ishwor Pokharel said that such national heritages should be reconstructed by the government itself.

Chair at the Association Chandra Rijal urged all not to disseminate negative news as all heritages were collapsed in the quake.

Meanwhile, party standing committee member Mukunda Neupane handed over the responsibility of the newly formed Tourism Promotion Department of the party to central committee member Surya Thapa.

While assuming the responsibly of the department, CC member Thapa said that a new campaign was needed for reviving the tourism sector. RSS
